Simmtronics unveils gaming tablet

After successfully launching various premium tablets, Simmtronics Semiconductors Ltd has introduced a gaming tablet “XPAD XQ1” Super Tab.

Company sources said that the tablet, which runs on android 4.1 Jelly Bean and powered by 1.0 Ghz (4core@1Ghz) processor is available across all leading stores and eCommerce portal snapdeal.com.

Claiming this gaming device is to be the first of its kind in the country that allows the user to play four videos at the same time, Simmtronics Managing Director Indrajit Sabharwal said the company powered this device with the latest Quad Core Processor for superior gaming experience. “Gaming usability is increasing day-by-day. We came up with this device keeping in mind the growing demand for such devices,” he added.

The tablet is priced at Rs 15,999.

The company has five manufacturing facilities – 3 in India, one each in and Singapore. It has sales offices in UAE, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Macedonia, Republic of Moldova, India, UK, USA and Singapore.
